Korean Pork Bulgogi Skewers

Marinade:

  • 2 lb pork
  • 3 shallots, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2" ginger
  • 1/2 cup gochujang
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup gochujaru
  • 3 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp sake
