Korean Pork Bulgogi Skewers
Marinade:
2 lb pork
3 shallots, minced
4 cloves garlic
2" ginger
1/2 cup gochujang
1/4 cup toasted sesame seed oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup gochujaru
3 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
3 Tbsp brown sugar
4 Tbsp sake
