Banana Bread

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temp
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas
  • vanilla (optional)
  • cinnamon (optional)
  • allspice (optional)
  • nutmeg (optional)
  • apple sauce (optional)
  1. preheat over to 350F.
  2. In one bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In second bowl, mix butter and brown sugar, then eggs and bananas.
  4. Combine and stir to moisten, then pour into baking pan
  5. Bake 60m-65m, then let cool 10m.
