Tuscan White Bean Soup

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can chicken stock
  • 2 can white beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • pepper, to taste
  1. Sauté the onions and garlic until caramelized
  2. add chicken stock, beans and parsley
