- Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1+ chopped carrot
- 2+ stacks chopped celery
- 3 Chinese sausage links
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 2 eggs, scrambled, diced
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- Cook the sausage, then let rest, then chop
- Stir-fry the carrot and celery in the ginger and garlic.
- Add the rice and fry for a bit.
- Add the scallions, soy sauce, and rice vinegar
