- 2 Tbsp peanut oil
- 6 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 4 thai chile peppers, thinly sliced
- 1-2 lb pork, sliced .25"
- 2 Tbsp shaoxing cooking wine
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 cups basil
- Heat oil in wok, then stir-fry garlic and chili peppers for 30 seconds, covered so you don't end up in the hospital.
- Add pork and stir fry, covered, stirring occasionally for ~2m.
- stir in pepper, wine, soy sauce and oyster sauce, then stir uncovered until pork is cooked, ~1m.
- Add sugar and basil, and cook until leaves are wilted.
